Dr. Phan Thanh Luan earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine (2015–2021), then passed the entrance exam for and completed the Dermatology residency programme (2021–2024), receiving both the Hospital Resident Doctor degree and the Specialist Level I degree in Dermatology, graded Very Good. He trained clinically at the Ho Chi Minh City Hospital of Dermato-Venereology, and has worked at Tam Anh General Hospital and the Dermatology Clinic of Hoan My Da Nang Hospital.
