Foxy M.D Dermatology & Aesthetic Clinic (“Foxy M.D”, “we”) respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, what it is used for, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.

1. What we collect

• Information you provide when booking: full name, phone number, service of interest, preferred date/time, and skin condition notes (if you enter them).
• Automatic technical data: truncated IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, referral source to the website.
• Ad tracking codes present in the link when you click an ad (gclid, fbclid, utm_*), stored for up to 90 days in your browser.

2. What it is used for

• Calling back to confirm appointments and advise on the service you requested.
• Managing the clinic's appointment schedule and client records.
• Measures website and advertising performance as aggregated statistics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third-party tools

The website uses the following tools; each has its own policy:

• Google Analytics 4 — measures visits (in aggregated statistical form).
• Google Ads — counts the number of bookings coming from Google ads.
• Meta Pixel — counts the number of bookings coming from Facebook/Instagram ads.
• Google Firebase — hosts the website and stores bookings.

You can block these tools by disabling cookies in your browser or using incognito mode; doing so does not affect your right to examination and consultation.

4. Health information

Skin condition notes you enter in the form are used only for the doctor to prepare for the consultation. Medical records at the clinic are stored and kept confidential in accordance with Vietnamese law on medical examination and treatment. We do not send your health information to advertising platforms.

5. How long we keep it

• Bookings: up to 24 months from the most recent contact, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Medical records: per the statutory retention period.
• Ad tracking codes in the browser: 90 days.

6. Your rights

You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data, or to withdraw consent at any time. Send requests via the hotline or email above; we respond within 7 business days.

7. Security

The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Booking data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access restricted to clinic staff.

8. Policy changes

When changes are made, we update the content on this page along with a new update date at the top of the page.
